About This Report: The WorkFORCE® Assessment for Job Fit is designed to improve workplace productivity by helping identify candidates who are most likely to succeed in your organization. An Expected Job Fit Indicator is provided and ranges from 0 to 100. Scoring algorithms are built based on the job fit scores and job performance of successfully employed individuals in jobs similar to the one for which you are hiring.

The WorkFORCE® Assessment for Job Fit is a significant advance over similar workplace assessments. It is built on proven, state-of-the-art innovation in assessment methodology that makes it fast, more accurate and fake-resistant. 
It is also designed to enable you to compare candidates across common screening criteria and within a specific job type. The WorkFORCE® Assessment for Job Fit is available for an array of job types and geographies. 

We designed our system with your needs in mind. The WorkFORCE® Assessment for Job Fit is web-based and uses ETS®'s robust delivery system. Although the assessment typically takes only 20–25 minutes, the test taker has up to one hour to answer 104 questions.

Each question asks the test taker to select a statement that is more like him or her. The choices presented are equally socially desirable and the test taker cannot jump to the next question without answering the current question. This forced-choice format makes it more difficult for the test taker to fake their behavior.

In addition, the questions are adaptive, which means the next pair of statements presented are based on the test taker's response to the current question. This adaptive format allows us to deliver a higher degree of accuracy, using fewer questions, while reducing test-taking time.
